We waited over an hour for transport to pick us up from our hotel to be told subsequently that transport was not included. In the booking process it clearly shows it's included by confirming pick up point of our hotel. Very unhappy customer especially from your support staff.

Er ist sehr umsichtig gefahren und brachte uns nach einer etwas verspätet begonnenen Tour sogar zurück bis zum Hotel. Die Tour ist sehenswert und hat uns begeistert.
