Prima reisbegeleider. Duidelijke afspraken. De chauffeur/begeleider stond altijd klaar op het einde van de rondleiding om ons verder te begeleiden. Zorgde voor een lekkere pick-nick. De gids ter plaatse sprak verstaanbaar Engels en gaf goed uitleg. Zeker een heel goede organisatie. Een aanrader.

Birket who organised our trip was really helpful and the communication was top notch. Adrian who drove us was very friendly and professional. He explained everything well and ensured we knew where to be and when. Our guide was also friendly. It was a really good trip

Hotel pick up was exactly on time, with good communication from Bartek the day before. We were delighted with the convenient option to pre-order lunch for €9. The lunch break is quite short, but I do understand that the guide's time is precious. The guide was engaging, compassionate and really painted a picture of how life was in the camps.The headsets were crystal clear and also to mention the toilets, they were spotless and plentiful in Auschwitz. This was an unforgettable experience.
