The food at the boat was just little doughnuts from the market (Costco or Walmart). We were expecting something else. I think you can do better there. Also, they kept us waiting in the port for more than 20 minutes before boarding the ship (was really hot in that room). I will be good to have at least some fans in the docking port while we are waiting.

The boat crew were really friendly and helpful and professional, the overall package wasn’t what I expected, once arriving at the island seemed like customer service was just no where to be found. The servers at the restaurant were rude unprofessional pushy and aggressively asking for tips at time even refusing to serve me more food in an all you can eat buffet that was included in the package if a tip wasn’t given right then and there. Disappointing experience period.

The entire staff was amazing and very entertaining, especially Tigre! They talked about Isla Mujeres and the interesting points about the reef and snorkeling. All in all it was a perfect excursion for my husband and I Thank you very much! Diane Leger
