If you're in the mood for a night out with plenty of glitter, glam, music that makes you want to get up and dance and VIP entry, look no further than Coco Bongo in Cancun. The average evening here includes confetti showers, acrobat displays, bar-top conga lines and light shows, not to mention DJ sets, live bands, and music ranging from 70s classics to current hits – and you'll have express entry and an open bar thrown in for good measure.

With our ticket you'll be treated to the Coco Bongo VIP experience: no queues, and a prime spot above the crowds for the best view of the show. What's more, you won't even need to wait for drinks, a waiter will come to your table and will bring free local and premium drinks all night.

So, if you're wanting a slice of that Cancun fiesta feeling and an evening that's guaranteed plenty of colour, the Coco Bongo nightclub is ready to open its doors to you.

As an older couple we decided to purchase the gold tickets (double the price) to have a seat and a good view. After queuing outside for an hour we eventually got in to be seated directly under the air con, I like to be cool but was absolutely shivering with cold, did not receive any snacks at all, show was only average we thought, we had 3 drinks one which we got ourselves and decided to leave at 11.30. Not worth the £250 we paid

I loved the location of the front row seats we were sitting directly in the centre of the row so had the best view possible. Additionally the staff were very attentive, always ensuring your drinks were refilled. The only part I didn't enjoy was it was very hot as there was no aircon. Besides that it was by far the best experience I have had at coco bongos.

pricing many people from our hotel did not book with TUI and got much cheaper and better service. Served twice by staff, who got drinks wrong and had to chase them to serve our party in end went to bar ourselves to be served. Don't believe served branded drinks, anything mixed with cola just tasted like straight cola. Seating confusing as staff squeezed us into corner slot after trying to separate party. Food consisted of a under cooked mini burger and 6 fries, 2 of party didn't even get that.

Enjoyed the show, however, food of very poor quality and service very slow and difficult to get waiters attention. Paid for premium drinks package which was not the case, as drinks where not branded. Out of 4 of us 2 got burgers and 2 didn't. Both burgers received were not cooked thoroughly. In general didn't feel we got anywhere near value for money.

The show itself was amazing but very poor service and customer care, we were put in a corridor having been told to get there for 8 and pre show drinks. Premium drinks were beer only and we were told we had front row seats but were up on a balcony up above the show. Not impressed by the service and the food was terrible, dry and barely warm chips and hot dog. Overpriced and not the experience we paid for.

We were told to queue up ready to go in instead of being allowed access to the bar as a gold member. Was not told we would be waiting nearly an hour before being let in to the building. Just stood around and waited for the actual line to form
