Erg laat met vraag welke fiets, trekking of mountainbike. 2.kwam met herenfiets ipv damesfiets, had zich vergist, gaf geld voor 1 dag terug of ik kon/moest iets van uur wachten. Had afspraak elders dus geld terug voor deze dag. Kreeg soort sorry dat wel. 3.fiets zou rond 19.30 opgehaald worden, heb uur staan wachten tot iemand kwam.kon niet bij receptie achterlaten want was niemand aanwezig daar helaas.kreeg soort sorry maar verder niet bij ophalen.
