Exploring Zante's capital is effortless with this transfer. You'll be picked up from your hotel and taken directly into the city, where the evening is then yours to do as you wish – be it shopping, sightseeing or tasting local delicacies. There are loads to see and do.

You'll have around four hours in the evening to discover the delights that Zakynthos Town has to offer. If you fancy a spot of souvenir shopping, then you'll be able to dip in and out of local boutiques, or enjoy a leisurely walk along the seafront Strada Marina, stopping for the odd aperitif or two.

But if history and culture feature high on your agenda, then you've got museums and the famed Bohali Castle for sweeping views. Venetian-style architecture is abundant in the city, and Solomos Square is where you'll find both locals and visitors hanging out and watching the world go by. Enjoy the city as you want without the constraints of an itinerary, and soak up its magical atmosphere.

The shuttle never turned up to pick us up and the rep had to find out what was going on. Eventually a taxi showed up which then went on to collect 2 more passengers from another hotel. We were led to believe it was a 4 hour excursion , so were ready to be collected from12.30 as there was no time on the voucher. After 2 very expensive phone calls to the hotel and then TUI , we were told that the pick up was at 2.00.

You need to inform guests of how long the transfer is, if we had know it would take 1.40 mins to get to Zante and back for 90 euro for 6 we would have booked a taxi to allow us more time there costing 100 euro return but only taking approx 30 mins. The driver of the coach was very entertaining but spent a lot of time sorting music on his phone and unfortunately I’m a nervous passenger so was keeping an eye at all times

The coach driver was fab, did his job and was funny despite speaking little English. Would have been nice to have someone from Tui let us know what to look out for our where to head to.

There seemed to be a bit of mi-communication between the reps and the drivers. All the guests were told to wait outside the hotel reception area for the transfer but the driver of the transfer were waiting for us outside of the hotel.

Great. Easy. Fun. Well worth going to the town and the tui shuttle made it a secure experience.
