The one thing I didn’t enjoy was an encounter with a photographer on the island. He asked if I wanted pictures of my daughter and myself and I said I wouldn’t purchase any photos. He said he would take some anyway. On the catamaran on the way back he kept asking me to buy the pictures. That was uncomfortable because I was clear from the beginning that I wouldn’t be buying any.

The entire excursion was between 9 and 10 hours, but we spent less than 5 hours enjoying the water and beach. The rest of the time was spent on boats traveling to and from each location. The pool area should be skipped all together to increase time at other locations where people can relax and enjoy their day. There weren't enough food and drink options while at Barcelo beach. At the end of the day when people want to get home, you take them on the catamaran, which is the slowest possible ride.

The beach had garbage all over, broken umbrellas broken boardwalk. Beach itself was beautiful.

We were not happy that the whole experience was not fully explained to us. We were also told we would be back at the resort by 7:20-7:30. That was not the case. We got back at 9:30-9:45. Which the guide told us as we were in the bus half way to the boat. Then we found out there were - total of 3 stops! We wanted a nice relaxing day at a beautiful beach and that is what the sales rep told us it would be. I had my elderly mother with us who was nervous the whole time and completely miserable. I

How the food was served. Line was huge and the people serving were very distracted . Maybe it would be a good idea if people served themselves or if they had plates ready so the line moves faster
