It was a absolute fantastic trip and to go in the water with the dolphins and swim with them was out of this world

When we arrived we had to wait for about an hour before we done anything couldn’t take photos you had to bye them we never had any contact with the dolphins the pools the dolphins were in was very poor they were full of seaweed and was very smelly

Staff were great. Bring charged to view when you actually couldn’t even see them was a rip off!

We were late due to waiting for other guest to board coach by half an hour. The experience was amazing but We got changed we got photos then went to a drink where we told our coach was waiting for us and to take drinks with us. We did not get to feed the birds or see them which was part of the experience. Perhaps if the driver had left on time we would have had time to enjoy fully.

The meeting of the dolphins is amazing. Everything else around it is poorly organised. Our app told us to be ready for 8:45. It was actually 9:15, after an hours journey we had to sit in the waiting area for 1hr40mins with no fluids. You cannot take your own photos, we therefore were forced to pay $380 for photos of our family of 5. You’ll get it much cheaper elsewhere and a better experience. Disappointed Tui recommend this trip, I feel ripped off.

They wasted two hours making us sit and wait when we arrived. You should just give people the time of their tour and ask them to be ready at the pavilion when it’s time, then we could walk around and explore freely instead of making everyone wait for an hour and then moving them to a new place and making them wait again and watch the same video over and over. Plus $300 for pictures is stupid. I do not recommend this tour.
