Coco Bongo

We were not given the meal voucher and feel let down by the fact that coco bongo closes at 2am but return pick up is 1.15 am so you miss the last hour of the evening

The experience and staff was great at coco bongos , especially our waiter who I think was called Winston?? Disappointed with the organisation of the buses coming home , Our guide Sonny told us coach 4 which was the wrong one and was too busy helping another group and walked away and left our group, we had to figure it out first ourselves , thankfully other bus drivers helped our group to the correct bus

This was honestly one of the most incredible shows I have ever been to. The acts have absolutely perfected their craft and we had an amazing evening.

The bar staff was rude and useless. Food was TRASH!

The pick up was late which in turn meant we didn’t get into coco bongos till 8.40pm missing the start of the show. We paid for gold seats however there was only one seating area remaining extremely high in a corner. No warning in the height if the seating. We asked to move lower and they moved us to sit in the bar service area. There were 6 of us and the best they could give us was 4 seats and a small round table. Two of the guests had to stand in the entrance to the toilets. More info available

Overall extremely poor experience from start to finish. Unorganised, poor communication and direction, ushered into an overbooked event with concerns regarding safety and general conditions. No direction for where to obtain tickets, sent to 3 different queues. Massive queue outside caused delays entering once event had already started. Compacted into a corridor people crushing to have a view when not in main arena area. Disgraceful service, nobody could answer any concerns. Waste of money!!!!!
