The staff were great, helpful and spoke good English. Plenty to do there and fun, me and my daughter went, we both loved it and would go again. The only problem I had was that we couldn't have our phones on the horse riding, I totally understand that you can't take pictures while riding but some of the views would of been nice, or perhaps the option to video the ride. Oh a Carlos the horse guide was the best.

Didn’t realise 2 coaches enroute. would have been nice to know. Buggy goggles were expensive. Told trip inc a lunch by the rep but it didn’t. Me and my daughter wasn’t hungry so couldn’t even sit with my husband and son in the restaurant. Lunch was like leftovers even though extra charge. Zip wires - had to do all 5 rather than individual so put us all off and 2 of us didn’t bother. Wasn’t told beforehand. Lots of waiting around not knowing what was going on. Horse riding was great!

Favorite part of course was the zip lines. The buggy was a little hard to drive as you can't adjust the seat for your. And the horse riding was just a "lazy walk" with a big group of people but not too bad

The trip was very poorly organised, we were at many points left wondering what activity we were supposed to be on. Many of the other groups seemed to be more organised. The karts/buggies are exceptionally poor, I would have expected much more serviced and quality. Did not meet expectations at all.

The guide was excellent throughout the excursion. Good communication and clear direction given on all activities from both the guide and individuals at the venue. Zip Lining and buggies were the highlights. Really good fun and safe to use. The photo packages was very expensive so did not buy. Opted for the buffet lunch at DOP 2500. Good food at a reasonable price. Overall, a good experience.

The activities themselves were mostly fun. However, the horses need better care (they are thin, have saddle sores and no access to water). The 'safari' isn't great and we were left waiting on the truck for 20 mins breathing in deisel fumes, so felt ill. The organisation there was awful: no comms about order of activities; took 9 hours to get round; loads of waiting around; made to eat lunch at 11.30; getting bands/ paying for lunch/ getting lockers was a shambles. Much room for improvement.
