Fantastic experience. Wasn’t too crowded as guests continued to arrive which allowed the experience to be enjoyed.

Transportation was 20 minutes late in arriving and then sat for 20 minutes in our drive. We rushed to get there on time only to wait 40 minutes. No instructions were provided in English by the entry guides. Only in Spanish. Once inside no one spoke any English. All instruction was pointing at best. Staff was rude at times not allowing us to have items in our zipped pockets. Signage at the park was poor causing us to waste time trying to find entrances especially the zipline.

The park is new and created with a great aesthetic. You aren’t allowed to take water in with you. Food and drink in park is a reasonable cost, however the shop and photos are extortionate. Rides are very good, but only a few. There is a river and pool which refers to snorkelling, however no snorkels provided and no fish to look at. Mermaid experience was closed. Very good water park in general.
