You'll get a close-up look at the Dominican countryside on this thrilling off-road adventure. Riding a low-slung buggy, you'll drive through winding rural dirt tracks all the way to the famous Domitai Cave Park. There'll be a swim stop at a cave with a natural pool, too.

This Terracross safari is geared for mud-splattered, high-octane fun. But that's not all. Your expert local guide will bring you to villages and an organic co-op ranch. Here, you'll learn all about coconut oil, sugarcane, coffee and chocolate as well as the unique Dominican chocolate tea. And you'll get to taste a few of them, too, along with the national tipple, mamajuana.

You'll also get to swim in a cenote. These rocky sinkholes with clear, fresh water are a joy to swim in. And as Domitai Park is a private venue, there are fewer crowds and vendors than at other cenotes.

Loved the experience overall -- after my son got a flat tire on the trail, the guide just swapped us out with their ATV and got back on the road. Loved the monkey and paid for the pictures but never received them nor instructions on how to retrieve. Would definitely come back. Reference # MUS14941678 in case pictures can be retrieved.

So glad we were told to wear bandanas, very dusty! Pretty and fun drive through the country. Cave was amazing! Fun to get in and swim. I would have preferred to just enjoy the sounds of nature as opposed to the loud music played in the cave. Very organized !

Friendly staff. Did not know that wearing water sandals, swimwear, clothes that would be permanently stained by the clay muddy water would be things that weren't mentioned in the sign up by the representative!? That would be a great help in the future of those taking the trip!
