The cruise sails rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, unfavourable river conditions (including river closures), breakdowns, or any other cause beyond the local tour operator's control, the captain may determine the vessel is unable to make the cruise as scheduled. If this occurs, a dockside event will be arranged and you will be notified via email

All tours and cruises depart from the Lighthouse Ticket Office located at Toulouse Street and the Mississippi River. Please make sure to check in 15 minutes before your scheduled tour start time.
