When booking it would be helpful to be told you need to load money onto the tags before entering. We did not realise this until we were queing to buy food and when we got to the counter we were told money needs to be on the tag. Had to find where to load and then que up again.

We was very disappointed as a lot of the smaller rides were closed, so our kids couldn't go on them, which was the main reason for visiting.

We were sold tickets in hotel by rep who said there was no concessions tickets as I’m a wheelchair user. When we got there it took 2 hours sorting entry etc as had to buy concessions tickets on top of then had to buy fast passes for family to make up for the 2 hour messing around

We weren’t told that some rides and water slides would be closed , we should have been informed and the price reduced to reflect this , the cost of buying food and drink is very expensive. However we did enjoy the day the children had a good time . The park is clean plenty of places to sit . I imagine in the summer there are long waits for the rides .
