A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.

Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

TUI failed to inform the airport of our booking and as such we were not on the system and after spending approx 45 minutes trying to resolve this with the airport and TUI airport rep we had to no alternative but to abort this and check in as usual. We nearly missed our flight which was on final boarding. We are looking for a full refund and compensation.

I was not shore at first how this would work as my flight was with jet 2. From getting out of our transfer vehical out side to sitting in the lounge with a glass of wine.was around 20-25 minutes . I was relaxed and settled ready for my flight departure. Would highly recommend to anybody who hates queues.

The lounge was nice and clean but it would have been better, given the price, if table service was provided. The fast tracked was unfortunately slowed down as the TUI check in counter was delayed in opening. Going through the other queues was swift though.

Yazman was an excellent guide. Well explained and professional. Very quick service and highly recommended for Antalya airport.

All worked very smoothly and quickly to the lounge. Which was very helpful because we were delayed getting to the airport due to traffic. Will use again
