As boat trips go, this one's pretty special. You'll sail around the southwest coast of Menorca, stopping by the beach for time to swim, sunbathe and chill out Menorca-style.

You'll cast off from Ciutadella harbour and begin making waves towards along the southwest coast. Meanwhile, sit back and settle in to watch Menorca's cove-marked coastline pass you by. You'll spend about an hour at sea, soaking in those Mediterranean sun rays.

Then, once you hit the beach, you'll have free time to swim and wallow in its shallow, translucent water, or lie back on the fine white sand. What's more, the boat trip is escorted, so if you need anything, expert assistance is at hand.

Just found the trip rather boring! No guide. Very little information given out on trip. Chaotic at port with 3 boats basically going out at same time! Massive queues.

Sadly the coach journey was too long (over a hour) and no organisation from the Tui reps at the french speaking hotel pickup. Too many people got on the coach without being checked first at Cuitadella we should have been led where to go as other tour reps were loading 3 other boats at the same time, and the boat was jam packed. Seemed like a money making exercise for Tui. Disappointing.

Loved the beach however we were there less than an hour because time we got off the boat with another boat and walked to the beach left us with 45mins max to enjoy the amazing beach. Boat journey was ok howvercwe did have to wait nearly 45mins for everyone to board.

Really disappointed with trip. Brief stop at beach other than that we were shown other much nicer beaches but couldn’t go to them. One hour transfer on coach to start to be taken back to near our hotel. Staff gave us no information. When we did the trip last year it cost a lot less, we started near our hotel, staff were fun and engaging and we stopped multiple times for snorkelling

Was just really uncomfortable. Went back on the boat for snorkelling, this made it a lot better! Staff were incredible though and views were beautiful.

The excusion was a waste of money - cost €173 picked up just after 8am, took an hour to get to the port after other hotel pick ups, didn’t sail till gone 10am, took an hour to get to the beach, arrived at the beach at 11.03am the boat was then leaving at 12pm to return back to the port. Giving less than 50 minutes on the beach once walked through the trees and rocky path to have to walk back. Beach was overcrowded and the sea was also dirty and full of litter. Utter waste of €173
