The booking was made on the app, all was confirmed by email for 1530 hours. I got a call direct from h2o to change the time to 1400 which we accepted. Then we got an email from tui confirming 1100hours, followed by another confirming midnight. It was all very confusing. When we arrived there was a delay and ended up leaving around 1500. Experience itself was enjoyable but prior to arrival there was unnecessary confusion leaving me needing fo email and call to make my own confirmations.
