Riding into the mountains was a great view. Quads and Buggies was great. Trikes was good as instructor was very helpful with showing us the controls. Having a break between them and the quads we was taken to a small eatery down the road. But on last part of quad riding me and Mr Williams we was left behind. Luckily four young lady's in a Buggie showed us the way back

Riding in the buggy itself was a great deal of fun, even though we thought we had booked a quad tour. However, the arrangement for collection and drop off was poorly communicated / managed. No one explained the process when we got to the location and what time we would depart. No one explained how to use the buggy properly - no safety talk.

We never got picked up for this trip. After many phone calls with the customer service team they have been of no assistance in submitting a refund or offering compensation. The provided is claiming that we were a no show client despite us waiting outside our hotel for over an hour waiting for them to collect us. We booked through Tui as we trusted the company and are beyond disappointed. Absolutely unacceptable service has been provided.

Abhohlsercice kam 30min zu spät, verwechselte hotel, roch nach Canabis und sehr undfeundlich sowie raste mit doppelt erlaubter geschwindigkeit durch die Strasse. Quad war in miserablen zustand, steurung zog so stark nach rechts, dass wir nach 30-45min abbrechen mussten, wir waren zudem nur mit buggies unterwegs und die strecke war aus unserer sicht nicht auf quads ausgelegt, zu starkes offroad bzw zu schlechter Quad. Guide konnte kein Deutsch/ Englisch! Wir wollten schon viel früher abbrechen

Helaas hebben we na het boeken van een QUAD tour toch een BUGGY tour gedaan. De persoon van de zaak daar wist van geen quad tour, voor ons opzich ook geen probleem(hier hadden we niet op gehoopt maar goed) Na een mooie activiteit zijn we met 5 personen (4+1 personen) in een VW BEETLE moeten kruipen om terug naar het hotel te gaan LEVENSGEVAARLIJK!!

Nur der Guide sprach englisch, der Rest nur spanisch. Quads in marodem Zustand (fehlende Spiegel, Blinker, ...). Es war kein Quad vorbereitet obwohl unsere Reiseleiterin telefonisch 3 Tage zuvor 2 Quads angemeldet hatte. Kaum Einweisung. Trotz Hinweis auf blinkende Tankanzeige nur der Kommentar, es werde vor der Tour vollgetankt - blieb trotzdem liegen und Kanister mit Sprit wird nicht mitgeführt, somit blieb das Quad auf der Strecke stehen und ich fuhr im Buggy des Guides zurück.
