We never got picked up for this trip. After many phone calls with the customer service team they have been of no assistance in submitting a refund or offering compensation. The provided is claiming that we were a no show client despite us waiting outside our hotel for over an hour waiting for them to collect us. We booked through Tui as we trusted the company and are beyond disappointed. Absolutely unacceptable service has been provided.

The staff was excellent. He was relly good while driving. Making sure everyone was following behind. Good experience.

Loved the buggy experience as the tour guides were super understanding, helpful and friendly. However booking through the tui app was misleading and made the booking very confusing

Passengers who are also licensed drivers can take turns driving during the tour, but must bring their driving license
If you do not have a license, you will not be able to participate in the excursion or receive a refund
