Es was sehr schön, bis zu einem Moment. Wir waren auf der Rückfahrt, bis dahin alles in super angenehmer Atmosphäre, gute Musik, gutes Essen, alles prima. Auf einmal der Kapitän hat die Musik auf volle Stärke gemacht, Crew hat angefangen zu tanzen und vor anderen Schiffen so gezeigt, dass wir so "eine Party-Boot" sind. Ich habe gedacht, dass sie 2-3 Lieder so machen, aber leider nicht, Ich habe eine Person, Alex, von Crew gefragt, ob sie die Musik doch leiser machen. Sie haben das doch gemacht.

Auch wenn auf dieser Tour keine Wale oder Delfine zu sehen waren, muss ich sagen, dass ich mich maximal gut an Bord aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Das Team, allen voran der Skipper haben uns zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl gegeben, bei Ihnen an Bord herzlich willkommen zu sein. Das Essen war erstklassig, am Flatrate Bier-Refill fehlte es nicht und am Ende krönte noch ein Sprung in den Wohltemperierte Atlantik das hautnahe Seemanns-Erlebnis. Ein rundum gelungener, phantastischer Ausflug! Muchas Gracias!

Nobody came to pick us up. We ask the hotel reception if they could help. They had no idea what to do. The hotel service centre neither. At 10h00 somebody find the number to escalate and proposed a taxi(the bus forgot our hotel) but it was too late. We woke up for nothing, and were extremely disappointed by the amateurism of TUI. We are completely disgust and hope to be able to organise our future holidays without TUI. Go to ********** TUI.
