Atlantic Festival

Fireworks display was okay Transport to and from was stressful particularly as our TUI guide spoke mainly in German One of the party had a bad fall after getting off the bus and got no help The coach drove away leaving a few of us to aid along with 2 police officers. We continued on to see display Thankfully other English passengers were able to confirm arrangements for return Absolute chaos greeted us when we got back to meeting place Coach not there, finally arrived late. Expect better of TUI

Not well organised, dropped off and left to choose where would be best to view fireworks. All restaurants and bars fully booked and full , endetup sat on a wall without refreshments! Fireworks were good but spoiled by lack of organisation.

Transport meant that were able to enjoy the festival without worrying about travel.

The TUI rep on our coach was nothing short of rubbish. The coach left, people weren’t marked off, picked other people up and 26 mins later ended up back at our hotel to pick people who had been left up. A gentleman fell shortly after getting off the bus I asked the rep for help but she couldn’t as she didn’t do blood. 3 policemen helped my husband get him up. She never enquired after him when we returned to the bus a different rep got him a doctor and his shoulder was dislocated. Lot more to say

Fantastic firework display, we were advised where to walk to, to see them and ended up sitting with all the locals who knew the best place to go. Might have been too much walking for older people and instructions too vague for some and seating arrangements inappropriate for some, but being in our late 60s my husband and I had no problems with that. We were picked up and returned to and from the hotel by coach with our hotel rep which was great

Very well organised, pick up on time and Gene our TUI rep was professional as always.
