First of all I had issues with contacting anyone from TUI WRT this trip. Your app bot is a waste of time I was not even given the name of the local TUI rep or a contact number to sort my issue out when checking into the hotel. In the end Jet2holidays rep kindly rang the tour operator to clarify if they were picking me up as when booking the tour it said pick up at the hotel; and the e-ticket conflicted as the ticket said I had to go to the jetty. They really didn't want to pick us up and moaned!

The trip was brilliant. The drive there was nice and the driver was great. It didn't take long for us to get on the boat and when we did it did not disappoint. The captain was full of energy and the tour guide filled with information about the various locations. It was a fantastic experience and they definitely made it a trip of a lifetime
