Make a Tarzan-like rope swing splash into the exotic Blue Hole springs before making the trek up Dunn's River Falls – the nation's number one natural attraction.

We kick off with a drive through lush green landscapes to a true Instagram hotspot – the Blue Hole. Explore a nearby cave, swing like Tarzan into one of three pools, and enjoy a cool swim in this mineral spring. After a delicious local lunch, we'll head to Dunn's River Falls – one of the stars of Bond film Dr. No.

Admire the 180-metre-high staircase of rock with water thundering down it and you can follow your guide to the top. Luckily, it's an easy scramble to the summit and anyone from toddlers to seniors, can have a go. But, if you don't fancy the climb, you can follow the trails either side or stay at the base relaxing in the tropical surroundings. Thrill-seekers will love this one.

Great trip! very informative guide with us. We drove for around an hour and stopped off at a gift shop to buy souvenirs or any water shoes or phone cases for the trip. We then drove onto the blue hole and had the chance of all 3 different cliffs to jump from going up in height - this was around an hour and a half. We then dried off and went to lunch, stayed there for around 45 minutes and then off to dunns river The whole climb was 1 hour, with a photographer and video! Whole day was 8 hours

We were almost 2 hours late setting off as there was a problem with our coach and another had to be arranged. The tour guide (Hugh) was fantastic. It was clear he was making every effort to arrange another vehicle and chase it up. It did not spoil our day. Along the journey between each destination, he shared his knowledge of Jamaica which was fab. Sasha from TUI was aware about our problem and our late pick up and very kindly arranged a £40 Gracia payment to my account.

The tour guides made sure we were safe at all times! I liked everything about the tour. The only thing I would say to add is that the tour guide should mention avoiding green and brown areas on the rocks as those areas are VERY slippery. That should be mentioned before we begin either excursion.
