Interesting tour with a great guide, very knowledgeable

Our tour guide was excellent, careful with us all, very knowledgeable and entertaining but more instructions are needed about obtaining headsets from the kiosk. We were glad to be able to stay in the Cathedral at the end of the tour.

woman at customer care was very kind and patient - helping me finalise my booking
