Tickets for the Burano Lace Museum can be purchased on board
This tour has different meeting points depending on the tour time. You will select your meeting location during checkout
If you select the 10:30 am departure from Palazzo Cornoldi, the tour will end at Palazzo Cornoldi (San Marco). If you select the 10:00 am departure from the KFC restaurant (Santa Lucia Station), the return trip to the KFC restaurant will also be included
Please note that Venice has an access fee on selected high-traffic days. On those dates, visitors who are not exempt must pay the fee directly to the Venice City Council. For the most up-to-date calendar, exemptions, and payment instructions, please visit the official website
The tour will be conducted in multiple languages
In case of rain, the tour will still be guaranteed (comfortable clothing, such as a waterproof jacket or raincoat, is recommended)
Free time to visit Murano - 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes maximum; Free time to visit Burano - 1 hour
The tour end time may vary slightly depending on water traffic. It's therefore recommended to refrain from booking trains or flights too close to the tour end time

For the 10:00am tour, the meeting point is next to the KFC restaurant, Fondamenta Santa Lucia, 1. For the 10:30am tour the meeting point is in front of Caserma Cornoldi, At APPRODI CORNOLDI (1A,1B – 2A,2B – 3A,3B), Riva degli Schiavoni 4142. The guide will be waiting for the customers with a blue sign saying "LAGOON TOUR".

It was nice and well managed. However, on the day it was delayed by more than 15mins and we ended up waiting for 30mins (one need to report 15mins in advance) in the rain but never been updated of the reason for the delay. Apart from this, it was a great trip.

Les trajets étaient bien, les visites aussi. Par contre, la guide ne parlait pas français, elle lisait un texte, mélangeait l'italien avec le français c'était peu compréhensible ! A la fin elle ne donnait même plus les explications en français !
