This adventure will see you revving through the frostbitten landscapes of Lapland. You'll hop on a snowmobile and zoom past snow-capped forests to enjoy the beauty of the region - with an injection of adrenaline - during this one-hour guided daytime exploration.

This daytime snowmobile adventure is bound to get your heart racing. You'll either drive or ride as a passenger on a snowmobile as you cover some miles through the snow-capped forests of Lapland with total ease.

Following your guide along routes and tracks, feel the exhilaration of zipping through this enchanting scenery with the cold air biting your cheeks. A hot drink marks the end of your snowy adventure. There's no better, or a more fun way to explore Lapland.

I pre booked this on the TUI app before going however when I got to the hotel the rep looked into the trip and said the booking had gone to the wrong hotel so we were unable to go on the trip! They then said we could book with them directly however it was £200 more expensive than what I pre booked. We didn’t have much option as the family wanted to do snow mobiles so felt a bit cheated as it was expensive already! Still waiting on this trip being refunded

Advantages - Route over the frozen river and into woods scenery is amazing Having hot chocolate, berry juice, sausages and marshmallows with the elf Snowball fight with the elf. Disadvantage- Paying an adult price for a 17 year old who went on the back of the pulled sleigh to be with 8 year old. Children were very cold on sleigh

Important to know

Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving
Drivers must be over 18 years and hold a full UK driving licence which needs to be brought on the excursion
Taking alcohol or drugs is not permitted before or during the tour
Your maximum personal liability is €980 with the insurance, your self liability can be reduced to €150 by paying a waiver supplement of €20 per safari driver in resort
It's possible to ride solo for a €55 supplement per person, sold in resort
All optional excursions are timed to complement your 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 night stay in Lapland - we will confirm the most appropriate time for your chosen excursion on arrival in Lapland
This trip lasts for around two hours in total with one hour riding the snowmobile
This snowmobile experience is not suitable for children under three years old
A child is allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, if they are over 140cm tall, physically strong enough, the adult helmet fits and they pay the adult price
Children under 12 years old and under 140cm tall will pay a child price and must travel in a seat in the sleigh, pulled by the snowmobile, driven by the guide.
Not suitable for expectant mothers
Not suitable for those with reduced mobility
