Set in the heart of the magical forest, this is an adventure for all the family - what's more, it's hosted by Santa's specially chosen helpers. You'll get to hang out with Mrs Claus, too, sing Christmas songs, decorate a Christmas tree and gather round for a hot drink.

This elf adventure will have every family member, big and small, getting into the festive spirit. You'll head into the depths of the Finnish forest in search of Santa's grotto where all the elves will be busy at work and there to host you and your family. First, you'll need to warm up by making handicrafts with Mrs Claus, singing some Christmas songs with Melody Elf and turning your hand to cookie decoration.

Then, the lumberjacks will be on hand to help find a tree for you to decorate. Afterwards, head out into the snow for fun and games, or snuggle up indoors with a gingerbread biscuit and berry juice.

The entertainment staff especially Angelic Anna were brilliant

Hotel was lovely , food could have been better , rooms very basic but very comfortable, whole experience was amazing , only negative was 2 hour delay on way out and 1 hour on delay on way back, overall was amazing and no real complaints

Fantastic half a day. Staff worked really hard. Activity with Mrs Clause was amazing. Clouldberry the elf was amazing with my daughter Lillie, snowball fights, sledging and playing about. Slightly more time should be allowed for you to eat your meal felt a little rushed. Lumberjane activity was really good. More sledges needed for the sledging not enough for the amount of people

Fantastic experience and very helpful reps, in a very difficult and constantly changing time in the travel industry. My only feedback would be that it was quite difficult not being able to check in to the hotel room until 4pm, when we had to get up for a 6am flight with young children.

The lumberjack was interesting and hot berry juice warmed us up but a difficult climb into forest and missed him cutting down the Christmas tree. Amazing visit to Mrs Claus and loved making ornament we will treasure. Melody elf was brilliant and great with the kids. Meal was unexpected, wasn’t in the description of the trip. Everyone found the tiny toilets amusing, couldn’t get in wearing snow suit. Elf guides great as always but sometimes difficult to see where the group had gone. Snow activities not for us, too cold, but could see other older children really enjoying them. Overall good but expensive.

Fantastic experience and very helpful reps, in a very difficult and constantly changing time in the travel industry. My only feedback would be that it was quite difficult not being able to check in to the hotel room until 4pm, when we had to get up for a 6am flight with young children.
