TUI Rovaniemi elf adventure tour

Fantastic half a day. Staff worked really hard. Activity with Mrs Clause was amazing. Clouldberry the elf was amazing with my daughter Lillie, snowball fights, sledging and playing about. Slightly more time should be allowed for you to eat your meal felt a little rushed. Lumberjane activity was really good. More sledges needed for the sledging not enough for the amount of people

The entertainment staff especially Angelic Anna were brilliant

Hotel was lovely , food could have been better , rooms very basic but very comfortable, whole experience was amazing , only negative was 2 hour delay on way out and 1 hour on delay on way back, overall was amazing and no real complaints

Very apparent it was a money making tool for TUI - too many holiday makers which meant standing in ques for over 30 mins for one particular experience which meant that the Mrs Claus experience was very rushed and poor mrs Claus had to run around making sure every child was spoken too. All timings went to pot !! More organisation and adherence to time slots is needed which would be easier with less clients. Children had a great time but as an adult I couldn’t help think the whole experience was not value for money . It’s amazing seeing your child so happy playing with elves having snowball fights and this is of course priceless - constant internal battle.

We had originally booked this excursion through the TUI app before going. I had received confirmation for the trip to be on Tues morning @9am to find out the trip was only available on the Monday evening. The rep had to then get onto the experience team to get my details swapped over because I wasn’t booked on for the Monday night and there was no trip on the Tuesday even though that was the date I had been given. I only found this out by trying to book the snowmobile by night if I hadn’t of enquired we would of missed it all together. The experience itself was lovely, meeting Mrs Claus was amazing but was rushed as only 20 people were allowed in at one time. We ended up in the last session as no one made us aware of this or what we needed to do to see Mrs Claus. The reps didn’t seem to know themselves what was happening. Lumberjack Jack was great with the kids and was very enthusiastic as he led them into the forest in search for a Christmas tree. Melody the elf was cool as well my boys enjoyed singing away with him and being part of his band. Just very poor communication!
