The guides were helpful kind polite etc but the cost is immense!!! Also it says children will be pulled on a sled!! That makes it sound like you pull them on your snowmobile but it’s just a ropey sleigh pulled at the back of the group. There is no way therefore you should be charged for them!!! My poor kids one was old enough to ride on the back but the other wasn’t!! Therefore he had to miss out and sit with his little sister so she wasn’t Alone waste of a lot of hard earned cash!!

Loved the snowmobile safari the staff were amazing and friendly very informative my only gripe is value for money. I was expecting for my money to have my own snowmobile for the duration not take it in turns with a partner it’s a lot of money to pay to sit on the back of the snowmobile. Clearer explanation would be of benefit being on half the time for the same money as a a person on there own is not on really.

The only negative thing would be the price of the husky/reindeer trip that was cheaper on the app but I was unable to book that due to them being offered on the same day and overlapping on times. I feel like even though the experience was good, it wasn't worth what we paid but on the plus, we did catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights during this trip which was just magical!! We absolutely loved the Snowmobile trip and the guides were amazing! I was really worried about my glasses fog freezing during the drive but thankfully not! When I go back, this is something I'd definitely plan to do some more! We didn't go with kids so we were in a position where we could pick and choose bits of the itinerary that we wanted to do which was great however, we did make the Santa Trip a priority because who goes to Lapland and doesn't meet Santa? Big thanks to Merry Mark for making this happen (much to my partners annoyance) as we had an activity booking during our time on the Santa Trip so Mark was able to switch this around so we didn't miss out! We almost chose a meal in Ruka over the Gala meal however decided we wanted to experience it and we are glad we did! It was absolutely amazing and "Do you wanna build a snow man" was fantastic and I think its safe to say that everyone else who came, thought the same. Everyone was so involved and the room was full of laughter! The fireworks over the frozen lake also topped it all off! We didn't have much to do with the Tui Reps apart from on trips as we stayed in accommodation that was quite out of the way however, the messenger section of the app was a great addition and every message we had was responded to by the resort Reps quickly! When we did see them, they were great, very knowledgeable about the resorts and approachable so big thanks (mostly to Mark because we didn't really see anyone else) We stayed in Iisakki Glass Village in Kuusamo which was beautiful accommodation, it's a shame it is so isolated. The restaurant was mostly closed apart from at breakfast and the buses were once in a while but I would really recommend it if you don't mind being isolated. I love to travel and waking up in a cabin in the woods surrounded by snow and seeing the Northern Lights were both on my travel bucket list so thank you for helping me check both off!
