TUI Kuusamo husky and reindeer sleigh tour

We paid a lot of money for the rides to be on them 5 mins if that ..looked on other sites it was a third of the price stated 2 to 4 hour in total time and a 5k ride through the woods we didn’t even do 1k and on the rides about 5 mins

My son and I loved the Husky ride, it was stated that it was 1km in the description and it was more than enough for us and defintly for my son as the cold was starting to hit towards the end , it was long enough to really enjoy the ride but also left us both feeling too cold and wanting more . The staff were amazing and we both really enjoyed the experience .

The experiences were very short for the amount of money paid. They were magical but could have been longer

The staff were great, very knowledgeable, however nobody was making sure guests were sticking to the activities they had booked. Reps at the hotel were saying the husky ride itself would last around 30 mins, however it was closer to 7. Reindeer ride was nice but also very short. A nice trip overall but felt overpriced as over half the time we were there was spent in the restaurant waiting around to leave. The actual activities were over with in less than 20 mins combined.

The trip overall was fabulous but as we was an adult couple staying out of the main resort we felt abounded. No staff to check anything, trip booked and the times was changed with no knowledge of. Very unhelpful manager . Very disappointed with being abandoned by no resort information at all . Will not book with TUI again.

Although we enjoyed the husky and reindeer experience we felt it was a huge amount of money for the time spent on the excursion. The guides were fantastic. Think it’s misleading when the excursion is claimed to be 2-4 hours but most of that is travel time to get to the place.
