This wasn’t the experience we booked. We booked the family cruise with 3 snorkelling stops. We were put on a glass bottomed boat which started by saying there would be 1 snorkelling stops, I then checked with the guide that we were on the correct boat and he said don’t worry this is better! Then they added a snorkelling stop. The staff on the boat were good but we did not want to play dress up as Ancient Egyptians! The bus was 40 minutes late picking us up so we were left in the baking heat.

The trip was very full, but was disappointed we didn't see many fish, most of the coral was dead, which was a shame, you would be better going to Sharma el Sheikh.

The coral reef was amazing! There were not enough flippers so 2 members of our party didn’t get any. It all seemed a bit disorganised.

The tour was really smoothly ran- the tour guide was informative and made us feel safe. We luckily got upgraded to the VIP experience and there was only 13 of us on this trip. The snorkel guides took good care in the water and knew where they were going and taking us to the best spots. Our favourite spots was 1 and 2, spot 3 was also lovely but was a bit choppier in the sea which is out of their control, would’ve been a 10 star if their were dolphins! Food was yummy. Overall would recommend.

The snorkelling team and Mina were absolutely fantastic! Very well looked after. Our Daughter had a reaction in the water and Mina was attentive and caring - he really went out of his way to look after everyone. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Party of 6 all enjoyed it.
