What makes the night special
The camp sits near Bryce Canyon at around 8,000 feet, high enough for cold, clear nights and dark skies with minimal light pollution. After a day walking among the hoodoos, the outdoor hot tub is the payoff — soaking under Utah’s night sky with nothing overhead but stars. The elevation and dry desert air make the temperature drop fast after sunset, so stepping from the hot tub into your tent you feel the contrast sharply. It is quiet up here, and that quiet carries into the morning.

The drive from Las Vegas climbs to around 8,000 feet as you enter Bryce Canyon National Park. From the rim, the view drops into a vast natural amphitheatre filled with thousands of red-orange hoodoos, thin spires of rock eroded into shapes that look almost deliberately sculpted. You can walk along the rim for wide views or descend into the amphitheatre on trails that wind between the spires. Back at camp in the evening, the outdoor hot tub is waiting — a soak under the desert sky after a full day on your feet.

Day two puts Zion National Park in the spotlight, where massive sandstone canyon walls glow red and orange in the morning light. You can hike to the Emerald Pools, a series of waterfalls and pools set into the cliff face. If conditions allow, there is also the option to wade into the Narrows, a river hike between towering sandstone walls that narrow to just a few metres apart. After a full day in Zion, the group heads back to Las Vegas.
