Tenerife's Mount Teide National Park boasts some of the most breathtaking scenery and views in all the archipelago. Crowned by the volcanic peak of Mount Teide, this natural wilderness takes on an otherworldly quality as the setting sun glazes its ridges and rocks in soft pinks, reds and purples.

The skies and atmospheric conditions above Teide – the highest mountain in Spain – are among the best in the world for stargazing. You'll be driven high up into the craggy wilderness of the national park, with lots of photo stops along the way.

As daylight fades, watch the setting sun fire this landscape in a blaze of colour. Then, once darkness has fallen, we'll continue on to a special viewpoint where your professional guide will map out the night sky for you, explaining the starry constellations. And to top it all, a three-course dinner sets the seal on the whole magical outing.

Absolutely amazing experience and lifetime memory. The guide was fantastic and gave so much interesting information throughout the trip. I learned so much about astronomy that will stay with me when I look at the sky at home too. Really well organised, carefully timed and expedited.

Sunset and stars OK a lot of time wasted too many stops we thought cable car was included in price was miss sold by tui rep Sam who later denied saying cable car included we would never have gone we were not happy Food at restaurant was OK.

Jasper our guide was amazing!! He was full of knowledge, kind, caring and very funny. The experience was magical, being above the clouds watching the sunset, followed by looking at the wonders of the nights sky. This excursion is one of the best Tui’s ever done! 3 course meal very overrated but you don’t go for the food.
