Poor quality bus with numerous languages being spoken leading to guide repeating info for each one. Very little time at each stop. Cable car cancelled due to wind which should at least have allowed more time elsewhere but felt tour was cut short instead.

Bus was late also had too many pick ups. Guide spoke more in Spanish than English. Cable car got canceled and I'm finding it very difficult to get a refund back

Only a few pick up points that meant that we did not have to spend hours on the coach picking people up.

Excellent trip our pick up bus on time and driver and guide helpful and pleasant . Various stops to explain the mountain and history . Lots of fabulous photos to cherish. Cable car was well organised. It was very cold on top and you noticed the lack of oxygen but so glad was able to experience the volcano. We would have liked more time at the cafe in way down as we did not have time for the wonderful ice-cream after our coffees. Fabulous trip well worth it . 😀

So it was a tour of the volcano which included the cable car. We were lucky it was running that day. Dislikes - picked up at 7:30am took until 11:40am to get to the cable car, various stops for pickups, toilet and 1 photo opportunity. 20 mins queue for cable car. Allowed 1 hour at the top. Back on coach 1pm. Dropped back at hotel 2:30pm. Too long on the coach. Likes - the views from the top of the volcano, the commentary on the coach. Would have been better off private taxi and back to Volcano.
