There were too many people on the boat, not enough seats or space, had to fight your way up and down the isles to get drinks. If you had a seat and moved then someone jumped into before you got back. The stop for a swimming was chaotic, the staff were just pointing and communication was lacking. Stop was so short and just so they could set up the food - food was ok, slopped on the plate - Mystery meat and sauce! Highlight was seeing dolphins/ whales and turtle - but would not recommend

The experience was overcrowded and felt very rushed. The staff were friendly and helpful enough although there was no atmosphere on the boat, it felt very flat. Viewing from the glass bottom section was none existent as all we could see was the wake from the boat as it sped through the sea. We did see pilot whales which was lovely.

The whole experience was worth the price seeing the dolphins and flying fish was great x lunch not so good but that’s not what we went on trip for it was seeing the dolphins x no health and safety was discussed when we were on the trip which should be an essential requirement for everyone on board x
