Mount Teide is the most popular attraction in Tenerife, and there's no better way to discover it than this hike. You'll start at 2,150m, with your guide pointing out the rare flora and fauna as well as the lava flows. Once you've acclimatized to the altitude, you can explore the Mars-like landscape and take in knockout views over Tenerife and the other islands.

Really well planned hiking tour, and it wasn't too difficult to complete. Guides were really knowledgeable and I learnt quite a lot about the area.

This was a relatively short walk for me, but be prepared for a bit of uphill. The views and picture opportunities are amazing. Value wise, unbeatable. Best of all if your guide. If you get the lovely Frenchman Cyril, you’re in for a treat. He’s knowledgeable and so, so amusing. A credit to the company, as he’s been the guide on all three of my walks.

Very good tour and our guide Stefan was great, very well informed about the volcano and easy to chat to.
