The bus was due to leave at 5pm. We got lost trying to find the exit from the zoo so turned up a couple of minutes to five to see the coach pulling out. It was only because another couple also had trouble finding the exit and passed us, told the driver we weren't on board that he stopped for us. It took over an hour longer to get back to the hotels due to traffic so maybe the pickup time should have been earlier or later to allow for this

It was an a smooth and safe coach journey to Loro Parque from Costa Adeje - my only question was why we drove the long way, nearly fully circumnavigating Tenerife, to get there and back, totalling four hours driving? Was it a road blockage or something? Great journey though, thank you.

It was a different company that did the trip (which we weren’t alerted to when turning up). They also gave us a very vague bus stop name which we couldn’t find on maps. The service itself was good, was still hour and half trip. Just TUI gave us no information whatsoever

Loro Parque was such a great day out, the Orca’s were mesmerising and the Dolphins were the highlight of the day. Beautiful zoo with lots to see, eat and do.
