Transfer pick and drop off up was very easy, efficient and ontime, all staff were informative and helpful. We were had a very special and memorable time on the boat watching dolphins for 45 mins befroe heading back to the port, breakfast was on the way back to port with a selection of hot drinks, fruit juice or water and croissants

Rearranged by provider for the next day which was fine but poor communication with that aswell I had to email 3 times for confirmation and then Transfer did not arrive to collect us at 5.20am as stated, waited from 4,55am u til 6.20am on the last day of our holiday. Tui communication was almost non existent when asking for refund, really put a downer on our last day

We loved the boat trip, it was wonderful to see the dolphins in their home. Lots of dolphins and we got to watch them for what seemed like ages. Plenty of space on the deck for everyone to get a good view. The only gripe I have is about the pickup. The booking said 5am but the bus didn’t arrive until 5:53 with no apology or explanation, terribly disrespectful of our time especially at that time of day.

The staff were very friendly. Helping anybody who wasn't feeling well. Giving blankets out when anybody was feeling cold. Telling us when the dolphins were coming. Giving us refreshments after we had seen the dolphins when we were on our way back. A wonderful experience and we'll worth the money.

Komfortable Abholung mit dem Bus in der Nähe des Hotels. Bus nicht überfüllt. Freundliche Begrüßung der Crew am Katamaran. Angenehme Passagierzahl. Genug Platz für alle. Wir haben sehr viele Delphine gesehen. Der Kapitän hat den Katamaran so gesteuert, dass man sie gut sehen konnte. Ausreichend Zeit Delphine zu beobachten. Die Crew hat sich nett um alle gekümmert, da einige seekrank wurden. Gute Moderation des Kapitäns während der gesamten Zeit Angenehmer Transfer wieder zum Hotel.
