The experience of the aquarium and staff was great the restaurant was very good and value for money only downside was the end outside nobody knew were or what bus was what slightly confusing standing around looking at staff not knowing what to do but overall a great day

We were thrilled with our experience and the 3D whale dome was the best that I have ever seen I was under water with humpback whales. Something I will never forget.

The "fish and chips" in the Mediterranean caffee wasn't so good.. (the fish was too oily and heavy for eating). Also the entry point the photographer could guide us more..for example to pick up the todler for picture. Because now on the picture is only her head showing...

Staff need to be a bit more friendly and polite

It could be more clear, when a person has an event, they can't not go where they need to be.
