Majorca Aqualand Waterpark with transfer

4/5
383 reviews

This state-of-the-art waterpark is one of those rare days out – an equal amount of fun for both adults and kids. Experience the watery thrills of Aqualand El Arenal, with return hotel transfers and an entrance ticket to the park.

Feel the gravity-defying kicks of the Kamikaze, or the adrenaline-pumping thrill of the Anaconda – two tangled up slides that pit riders against each other in a hair-raising race to the bottom. If you'd prefer to chill out, there's the Congo River, a relaxing hot tub, plus plenty of space to pull up a sunlounger.

Little ones will love Kidzworld including an Adventureland, Dragonland, and a Polynesian-themed area. Throw in a great range of eateries and snack stands too, and you've got a fun-filled family day out. And if you choose the gold option, you'll get priority entrance to the park, a scoop of ice cream, a soft drink or beer and a guaranteed sunbed for every adult. Meanwhile, the kids get a drink, a scoop of ice cream and a souvenir gift. There's also an exclusive 10% discount on any purchases in the park, including the slide fast pass.

Aqualand has the potential to be a lot of fun. But the experience is utterly pointless unless you pay the extra £70 each for Fast Passes. This was an unaffordable cost for me and my sons and we had to wait for up to an hour for some rides that only lasts a minute. We did not get to experience all the rides in the time available because of the whole Fast Pass debacle. There is also not enough shade in the park, making the process of queuing somewhat torturous.

Guide was awful - looked like he had rolled out of bed onto the bus. No uniform. No lanyard. Come on, guys. Really?! Aqualand could be great. But queues were awful, hidden fast pass price was extortionate relative to the ticket price. Lack of information. Not great.

Very expensive, for what you get. Even after paying for the gold package with TUI. It was only worth it because you get the sunbed and drink just a little cheaper. The park overall needs to be updated. Needs to be maintained and cleaned better. Better signage to know about what time wave pool is on and how long waiting in queues will be. Food is terrible and very expensive. Staff are rude but I put that down to language barriers and that the staff are very young.

I found the staff abrupt and quite rude when enforcing rules that made no sense

No information from TUI guide on anything. To see we paid 77 Euros and entry cost was 18 Euros. Is disgraceful

I’ve booked this trip many times and the coach is shared with those going to the aquarium. It used to be the case that the aquarium people were dropped off first so those going to aqualand had less time there. This time we were dropped off first so had 6 hours at the waterpark which was so much better. The guide on the coach was lovely and efficient. Aqualand food is expensive so take your own food if going
