The tour was amazing, the guide Regina kept uus engaged and involved throughout. Each step gave us enough time to explore. However it wasn't clear that lunch was not at the volcano restaurant, as that's what we expected. We were very disappointed that we would not be eating there. It would have been nice to have a full itinerary of each stop to know how long the day would last.

All of the trip was excellent and the staff leading it, the only let down was the stop at the vineyard. That was terrible, it was barely worth the stop. It would be better if when we stopped there was an explanation about the vines, what it’s like growing them in this climate etc and if we actually went to see them rather than trying to peer over a wall. I would suggest whoever designs the trip to go on an actual vineyard tour so they know what it should/could be like

The volcano trip was amazing and very informative - I would give this 10/10. The 'wine tasting' was an insult - less than an egg cup of one wine. It was clearly an exercise to sell some pretty bad wine. I would give this 1/10. It's what brought the overall score down.
