The guides on the bus were poor, the female guide was quite rude. The walking tour guide did not know how to use the head set. When he was shown how to use it, it still crackled. He walked very fast and was unaware of the group keeping up. The group was too large. He didn’t say where you were going to see until you arrived.

This is a truly amazing place and would recommend to anyone.Also a big thank you to Troy on the tui team as original booking was cancelled at the last minute.but he got us on another trip to the same place and same day we wanted.All round great experience.
