Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas visit

The coach came in time to pick up, the guide, Anice was excellent in knowledge of the area, history and environment. The driver, Antony was very good.

I didnt go because i was ill for 2 days with what i believe to be food poisoning i was offered medical help but i medicated myself i tokd the rep and the hotel because i didnt see a doctor i was tokd i woukd not get a refund

The toilet stop on the outward journey involved a long queue because there were several coach loads at the same same. Setenil was pleasant, albeit we had to wait a while for the tourist train. The time allowed at Ronda was sufficient. Jose was an interesting and helpful guide and Paolo was a good driver.

Sentinel was a waste of time. Monday was very good, but it took too long. You should say how long the trip was. If I'd known how long if would be I wouldn't have gone.

The info about pickup location was ambiguous and unclear (2 same-name Triton bus stops on either side) of street. Travel agent rude, guide had our phone numbers but never called. Total neglect. Bus left without us from same-name stop across the street 100m away. So, we did not receive the promised service. What's more they refuse refund.
