It would be good to have known that we needed to go to the ticket office when we first arrived rather than queue up in the wrong queue.

Even better if tui gave a qr code for entry so you didn't have to queue on arrival

Not worth the money ,slides are uncomfortable, very hilly we got our own way there no transport, I would not recommend it but we tried it

We were at the hotel san eloi and then when we booked it even after selecting that hotel it said the pick up was in lloret de mar which so we had to get a bus into there and then we just walked to the water park Becuase we’d already missed the transfer so we didn’t even use it

Unless you stay all day then the free transport isn’t actually included as is only from Loret De Mar not from your hotel. Also the free transport bus is incredibly busy we couldn’t get a seat so had to walk anyway. The tickets are the same price to book yourself online. When you arrive with the TUI ticket you then have to queue up to get a QR code, (we had a 30 minute queue) if you book yourself online you can just scan your code and walk straight in.
