We were too satisfied with your staff in our hotel who named Marko, he was very responsible and kind . He was reachable and available if you need him.

Tui had not organized the parking for the bus. We where late to the stadium because of this. Then pick up was very stress full. Bus not in the place we where told to meet.even given a qr code to find. All usless Rep didnt wait for everyone at this place and the bus was a very long way from drop off. We then had to wait 30mins because of confusion. Traffic issues I understand but Tui not knowing where u park or pick up was very very unorganized. Stressfull for everyone.

Enjoyed the game only downside was the cost of the tickets to what we paid also we are not very good with walkway not told that we would be parked on a hill and approx 15 minutes walk to the stadium up a hill
