I was charged for the combined tickets and the waterpark is closed until may i have had to book it again costing me over £300 to re book for mundamor and i still have not recieved my refund last time i book amything through TUI holidays included as the whole holiday was a let down from start to finish NEVER AGAIN total dissapointment for my 6yr old daughter im a very unhappy customer total joke of a company!!!!

The dolphins and sea lions were our favourite. The bird show was OK but room for improvement. The other animals were good to see.

Loved the animal show, nicely timed so you dont miss out on any of them. Lovely kept park but I found some of the enclosures too small for the animals kept in them. They're essentially wild animals that can't run wild, worrying for them
