Important to know

Kids between 1.20 metres and 1.39 metres need to be with an adult during dolphin interactions
Infants aged one to five can join for free, as long as they're with a paying adult
Children are ages six to 12; anyone 13 and up counts as an adult
Suncream and tanning products aren't allowed during the dolphin programs
Please remove any jewelry or loose accessories before the program
Electronic devices aren't allowed during the dolphin experience
A state tax (ISEPAAA) of MX$50 per person (ages six plus) must be paid at check-in, as required by Article 60 of the Q. Roo Law

What I didn't like was purchasing the Royal Swim package and then being pushed out of the group and told the "TUI insurance doesn't cover you with the sea lions" and then getting shuttled off before we could even get the lunch we paid for. What started as a great experience ended in feeling ripped off and scammed. This will be posted as a public review.

, transport good was advised not to take towels as they was provided .. however towels were not provided. So ended up having to buy 2 towels costing just under a 1000 pesos .. should be told not to take valuables as not able to wear any jewellery and have to be kept in lockers .. yes we have a key 4 lockers but quite public and easily could be forced. Unable to take photos felt pressured to pay a package costing $140 not acceptable .also not adv had to pay tax on boat cost ext $60 on top

Hele leuke ervaring! Je kon met dolfijnen en zeekoeien zwemmen. Het duurde ongeveer 1,5 uur. Goede instructies. Al met al top! Het buffet kon iets beter. P.s. door een fout van Tui konden we deze tour met twee volwassenen voor €18 doen. Geen geld dus ;)
