The staff were lovely at lagoon but super rude at the cenotes. We didn't want to buy any drinks but weren't allowed to drink our water and they didn't give us a valid reason why. The cenotes were small and overcrowded. In all honesty if you want good cenotes go on the turtle tour in which they explain in more detail the cenotes. Or xplor for added fun

Es mussten zusätzlich 10 $ in bar an den Fahrer gezahlt werden. Dies seien angeblich Tax. Die Ziele waren wunderschön und der Guide José hat uns viel interessantes erzählt.

Le lieu du repas ! Style hyper touristique, à la chaîne. Pas le droit de prendre sa bouteille d’eau et boisson non incluse je trouve ça vraiment moyen.
