I expected an amazing trip since it was Xcaret. The boat was crowded, ppl had to stand the whole way cause there were no seats. The beach club- Staff were nice but the pool was dirty looking, the day beds were all stained, dock was broken, and the beach area was dirty. They should invest in making it better. It has potential. When booking I was told that it would take us to playa Norte and it didn’t. The picture pkg was too expensive. I could not buy one or two because it requires buying all.

The staff on the catamaran were very attentive and friendly. The box lunch was delicious and more than enough for what we needed. Unfortunately we got scammed on the island, it would be good if the rep or staff had warned people about what to be aware of on the island.

The service on the way there and back wad great. At first I thought the snorkeling was going to suck, but then the fish SHOWED UP! Our group included young kids to older adults and everyone did fine.

We enjoyed the catamaran ride and the snorkeling. We thought the snorkeling was going to be longer than 10 minutes, so that was kind of disappointing. We also thought that the boat was going to be docked the whole time we were on the island to get our complimentary drinks, and it was not.
