You'll fall hook, line and sinker for this deep-sea fishing tour along Cancun's Mayan Riviera, one of the world's top sailfish hotspots. With sandy shallows dramatically dropping into deeper waters, big game fish like marlin, dorado, wahoo, barracuda and yellowfin tuna are within easy reach. Departing from El Cid Marina, you'll join local fishermen and try your luck at their favourite cast-off points. When you're not trying to reel ‘em in, enjoy the onboard bar serving beer and soft drinks.

The trip was unsafe. We returned to port after 45 minutes with waves clearing the boat. This was only after everyone signed saying they did not want a refund. Profit over safety. Did not get to touch a rod.

We caught 8 sizeable fish in 4 hours.

Not a lot of fish caught. I understand it was not season, but the crew worked the lines to catch fish until they realized we weren’t going to have them mounted. Captain was on FaceTime for half the trip and the crew member helping with the lines went and sat inside and on the stairs. They continually told us about how hard they were working and how we needed to leave big tips. We did catch a couple fish, but they stopped trying after finding out we’re weren’t spending $1000 for a mount

Thus experience was really good and the team on the boat really helped to make the best of the fishing with helping everyone catch.
